Mat Pilates
HIIT
Mat pilates is like a stealthy ninja workout. You quietly engage your core, gracefully work every muscle group in your body stemming from said core all while making it look deceptively easy. It's a mixture of tranquility and intensity where you can channel your inner zen and simultaneously sculpt a body that could rival ballet dancer.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a series of exercises that interval between short breaks. It is a great addition to your fitness regimen by adding in cardio and strength training. HIIT themes change month to month to keep routines fresh and fun!
Step Aerobics
Step Aerobics is a dynamic and rhythmic workout that combines cardiovascular endurance with strength training. Participants use a raised platform called a (step) to preform a variety of choreographed movments.
